GLOBAL BANK SANTA MARIA

This project started in 2015 in collaboration with Forza Creativa studio. We worked the interior design around acoustic, flexibility with the capacity of changing layouts in a future.

 

This LEED certified building is promises to a new benchmark of sustainability through its raised floors, underfloor air Conditioning, solar panels, movable facade, lighing control, etc.

 

Each area of this 26,000 sqm space was thought and designed in details to perform in a new way for a bank, that being, with openspaces in collaborations between different departments, with finishes that bring warmness and comfort to their users.

We are still in the works executing new floors in the building due to the clients latest needs of an innovation center and more workstations to comply with the new covid regulations.
